At UCF Coding Boot Camp, we put a heavy emphasis on communication because we want to help you succeed. To keep the communication flowing, we use Slack. Slack is a communication tool that allows students to talk with each other, the instructional team, and their Student Success Manager.
Input + Feedback »
We are constantly working to improve, and your feedback helps us do that. Our program has multiple feedback loops in place to ensure we’re always exceeding our standards. Surveys are administered periodically to track program feedback, student goals, demographics, and backgrounds. By having students fill out weekly feedback forms, we are further able to make changes in real-time.
Quality Assurance »
We take the quality of our program seriously. Because of this, we’ve put into effect pioneering technologies to make sure we give students a top instructor experience. Classes are recorded and audited for data analysis and quality control so we can give helpful feedback to our instructors and oversee the curriculum delivery in real-time.
Empowerment is Key »
We know that in order to achieve real results, it’s up to the student to give it their all. That’s why our Career Services team is focused on empowering students to use their skills and talent to find the job that is right for them. We can’t do the heavy lifting for you, but we can prepare, guide, and encourage you as you put your best foot forward to land that dream job. Through dedication and perseverance, we have watched our graduates go on to do great things.
Students have a dedicated Career Services Director onsite to build an employer network, coordinate in-class delivery or career curriculum and hiring events—and provide coaching to students for career readiness. Students receive one-on-one career assistance, resume and social media profile support, portfolio reviews, opportunities for mock interviews and more. We introduce you to employers, have company tours and speaking engagements and ensure that you are prepared for the interview process.
